Cancellation Policy

To maintain the integrity and balance of Sessions, I require a 24 hours notice period for cancellations. This allows me to adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. POLICY: * If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via phone or email. * If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full session fee. * No-shows (failing to attend a scheduled session without notice) will not be eligible for a refund. EXPECTATIONS: *In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please notify me ASAP. We can work together to reschedule your session. PAYMENT TERMS: * Payment is due at the time of Booking or via Invoice *Refunds will be processed promptly for cancellations made with adequate notice By Booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy.
